Meet the Team
Jill Low
Jill earned her master's in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver where she worked with a variety of athletes and performers. Jill is passionate about helping athletes develop skills to enhance performance in and out of sport. Prior to attending the University of Denver, Jill attended Whitman College where she studied Psychology and was a member of the varsity swim team. Currently, Jill manages the aquatics programs at the University of Denver. In her free time Jill likes to trail run, bike, ski, and cook.
Jonathan Mills
Jonathan earned his master’s in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver and is currently a PhD student in Clinical Psychology at Seattle Pacific University. During his time at the University of Denver, Jonathan worked with individual athletes and teams at field placements, as well as working as a Clinic Assistant at the Professional Psychology Clinic, a community mental health center. Jonathan graduated with his bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Oregon, and spent six years working in business strategy and analytics for the Philadelphia 76ers and New Jersey Devils. Jonathan enjoys playing and watching basketball in his free time.
William King
Will earned his master’s in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver, where his main focus was prioritizing athletes as people first. Specifically, Will worked with athletes to help them understand themselves as humans and consistently perform at their best. While at the University of Denver, Will was a Clinic Assistant at the Sturm Center, a behavioral health center for veterans, service members, and their families. In undergrad Will studied Psychology and Spanish, while playing on the club rugby and soccer teams. Will utilizes his sport psychology background while coaching soccer, and helped his U17 boys team to an undefeated season and a championship victory.
